Well so here it is, its been ongoing since july till now its been fun doing a sedan for once! heres the current mods!!
[b]ENGINE
Low mileage 1993 B230ft with 1993 n/a rods and pistons!
Aw71 #2 (well i just blew that one up a few weeks ago, no kickdowen cable and a full boost shift dont like eachother very much.)
Chinabay .50/.63
12lb internal wastegate with mbc set at 20psi!!! (soon to have external wastegate vented in the engine bay!
ported 90+ manifold
55lb delphi's flow matched by MSD
Full Lh2.4 Conversion to a 939ecu and a goldbox ezk
TLAO Fuel and EZK chip 6800 rpm limit
91+ power steering pump (ordered the Mr2 pump for e-steering)
Big ebay intercooler, garrett CBV
full 3inch intake, 012 AMM
E-fan (940 with the relay set up to run ECU controlled)
3.5 inch to 3 inch downpipe to side exit magnaflow fartcan
Ipd Camshaft

[b]SUSPENSION

IPD 25/25 sways
bilstien touring struts up front/ s10 HD's in the back
2.5 coils cut on Diesel springs up front, 2 cut on wagon springs in rear
Homebrew adjustable panhard and torque rods
crappy virgos on tiger paw tires(putting the pegs back on)
gt reinforcement plates/gt firewall braces

Currently making coilovers and waiting on scott d's sweet camber plates Smile

Interior/Exterior
All black leather door panels in perfect shape
uncracked black 89-82 dashboard
all black trim
92+ door handles
Momo marine steering wheel and 240 hub
LH2.4 Cluster
turbo 3-pod cluster with vdo calibrated boost gauge
relocated battery Smile

Tons of plans for the future, including the t-5, 531, TIAL, Water meth injection, andddd EBC, Wideband o2, and tons of other stuff Smile

Yes this will be at western meet Smile

and it is extremely fun to drive, it handles very very well, and the 19psi is great too! Smile

i just got a huge order of parts in for it, so it looks like i got a busy weekend ahead of me!!

Tonite i finished the full 3inch intake with 012 AMM, modified my intake manifold to accept delphi's, and installed my TLAO chips with a 6800 rpm rev-limit, its been a good night!

yea i will if its running perfectly by then, if not ill dyno my 78 242 with a bcam in it! haha, ive talked to some people with a similar setup and im hoping for at least 250hp

i would secure those lines up under the sheetmetal above; left loose to flop like that under the 3d loads of normal driving they look like they could ride/slap the cooler on the right side over there, and saw a hole in it if you leave it like that. see: riding condition

just finished the intercooler piping and got a 2.7 audi bi-turbo recirculation valve in the system! installed the ipd cam, and am picking up the transmission tonite! car should be back to my daily driver in about 1 month

Your CBV is mounted backwards, side nipple should go to the pressurized side, otherwise boost will force the valve open.

ohhh and on a side note with the 235s on it i can launch the car at 12psi without braking the wheels loose!!!

i just cut em and it hasnt separated on me yet. and the oil sits right at around 100C soo i think thats good enough, in the winter i just block the airflow going to it and that helps keep it warm.
