16v DCOE intake
Heres a couple pics of a carbed intake I was working on. Turned out pretty slick.

If you have any inkling to make more of those the Europeans might be big customers. KG is one of the only places I have seen a dcoe manifold for B234 head. They make a cast one and sell it for a fortune. Maybe they could use some competition Wink

If I wind up keeping the 142, she'll most likely wind up with an NA 16v B230, running DCOEs.

Well, we'll see what John thinks about the intake and get some feedback from him. I saved the jig to build it on, but don't have the carb template anymore. Wasn't thT bad to build.

I do have an itb intake to build, let me see what I can make of that.

Are those pads under the runners for vac ports or something?

You have the skills, you should fab up your own flat slide TB setup for it. Not that hard if you have the equipement and real nice for the flow.

Flat slides, interesting! And the bosses are for john to tap ports for the map sensor.

I got to looking at these itb's I got, going to take some surgery.
